By using Titanium Hero, you agree to this set of terms and conditions.

All content, design, video, image, social shares, social pages and followers belongs Titanium Hero. Titanium Hero have the rights to all footage and marketing materials.

Any content taken from the customer must be agreed that titanium hero will own the full copyright to all contents such as videos, text, images and posts.

Titanium hero has the right to distribute any contents that belongs to all media platform such as magazine, posters, banners, social media and websites.

Titanium Hero are not responsible for any loss of damages, loss of business, gain of business or profit due to any marketing work that has been carried out.

Titanium Hero has no control over other websites or affiliates that are able to use or repost our contents that is available on the web.

Titanium Hero uses contents to produce maximum exposure for targeted audience. We may use our content with our affiliate companies we feel that is beneficial for you and ourselves.

Fee’s shall be specified in contract forms and all fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only available within 12 hours of purchase. Once the project is started after 12 hours, we are unable to offer a refund, partially or in full.

At Titanium Hero, we strive to achieve as many leads as possible, however, the amount and quality of leads can vary from time to time and is not guaranteed. We are unable to compare to previous projects or other customers against your own project.

Like all marketing expenses, there are risks and considerations. To our knowledge, the return on investment is excellent but cannot be guaranteed when applying to your business.

We cannot guarantee an estimated number of leads. Every run will be different, and sometimes not as strong as the one before, this can fluctuate and change for unforeseeable circumstances.  

Copyright is protected by National and international law. You are not allowed to market or advertise, distribute or forward any of our content other than for your own private use.
